Who We Are

PartsTrader was forged in a deep, core belief that open, transparent marketplaces drive the ultimate value to customers by not only providing the most competitive pricing, but true choice and unparalleled information during the purchasing process.

We Help Make Smarter Decisions

PartsTrader helps the collision repair market make intelligent part selection decisions by offering a fully transparent, integrated, real-time marketplace that offers the most competitive pricing with the most accurate information, empowering your business to achieve optimal repair outcomes. That’s our mission – one we strive to achieve with every customer we serve.

Committed To Data Security

As the first company to officially adopt the BMS standard for all transactions originating from a repair shop, PartsTrader is a trailblazing leader, dedicated to the efficiency and security of the data exchange. CEICA, developer of the BMS standard, named PartsTrader as its Electronic Commerce Company of the Year in 2015, recognizing its leadership in the collision repair industry.

A Better Way To Work

For repair shops, parts suppliers and insurance carriers alike, having the right information at the right time is critical. When used for sourcing and ordering collision repair parts, the decision support technology built into the PartsTrader platform enables users to make the right choice on every part for every claim. And since we’re fully integrated with over 9,000 part suppliers, ordering the right parts is a breeze. With just a few clicks, the repair shop receives on average 7.5 quotes per part, significantly improving the time it takes to quote and purchase parts.
